By signing this form, the Contestant/Parent agrees to abide by all rules set forth by the Boone Co/NWADF Pageant and the Arkansas State Fair Pageant. Furthermore contestant/parent agrees to display good sportsmanship at all times and abide by the judges decisions. Poor sportsmanship or failure to abide by rules will result in DISQUALIFICATION!
